About this space
Our house is conveniently located close to the Cathedral quarter, Lincoln Castle and the renowned Bailgate.
Dine outside in our enclosed, picturesque garden.
There is free on-street parking directly outside the property.
Enjoy free Wifi and a smart TV.
Our property boasts spacious rooms, ideal for families.
The space
We look forward to hosting you at our characterful house!
You enter the house through the front garden, which is in full bloom in Spring/Summer. You enter into the foyer, where there is ample space for coats and shoes, as well as a quiet space to sit/ work with a gorgeous view of Ellis Mill.
Pass through the foyer into the hallway with a spacious living room on the left. Further down the corridor on the left is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, that leads out to an enclosed rear garden.
At the end of the downstairs corridor is a toilet and stairs that lead to the upper floor. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a super king-size bed that can be split into two smaller beds if required. There is a second very large room, with two singles and another smaller room with a single bed.
The family bathroom has both a bath and a walk in shower.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. I have chosen the award winning property management company, Pass The Keys, to manage my home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Pass The Keys provides a hotel standard quality of service for short-let rental properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned. They also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
