Birch Cottage is set over three floors and has three bedrooms, including two doubles and a single. There’s also a shower room, a kitchen/diner, a basement utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, a TV and WiFi. Permits for roadside parking are available to purchase and nearby public car parks available. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Note: The stairs have a handrail. Note: The washing machine and freezer are in the basement utility; the steps down are steep, please take care. Note: In one of the double bedrooms, the bed can only be accessed from one side, please consider this when booking. Note: The property rests on a main road so there may be some associated road noise heard. Note: There is no garden. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350 GBP.
