Bournecoast are delighted to offer this semi-detached family home in a quiet cul-de-sac, situated in the charming Mudeford area, known for its historical significance, harbour and beach. The property offers three bedrooms, a modern kitchen, separate dining room and a charming garden. It is conveniently located a short drive away from both Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach, providing easy access for enjoyable beach days.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
The first floor of this property boasts three bedrooms, a spacious Master Bedroom with a King Size bed, a second Double Bedroom with a King Size bed and a Twin Bedroom with Bunk Beds.

The tastefully furnished lounge is equipped with a SMART TV and there is FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from the internet service provider). Leading from the lounge is the dining room with patio doors to the garden.

The separate, modern kitchen includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - FREEZER - MICROWAVE.

The house has a modern shower room and toilet. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor.

In the garden you will find a patio, a lawned area and a decked section at the rear furnished with rattan furniture.

This accommodation comes with off road parking in the drive for two cars.

Mudeford boasts a rich history of smuggling spanning centuries and features a picturesque Quay. Its remarkable location, nestled between Christchurch Harbour and the open sea, makes it a highly sought-after destination for holidaymakers. A delightful stroll from the property will lead you to Avon Beach. Along Avon Beach, you will discover the Beach Hut Cafe, the Noisy Lobster cafe, a shop, an ice cream parlour and the Fish and Chip Hut.
