Guests are mins walk along the beach from numerous delicious chiringuitos, and 6 mins drive from Estepona and 20 mins from Marbella. The paseo maritimo (beachfront promenade) is located right in front of the development, which links Marbella to Estepona with a beautiful walkway right on the beach.
The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and features a king size bed, direct access to the property’s terrace, plenty of wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (with the option to have connected to make a king size bed) and has access to a third bedroom with walk-in shower.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line utensils and appliances (including Gaggenau microwave and oven, wine fridge, double fridge with freezer, and filtered drinking water straight from the tap), perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. A breakfast bar with 3 stools separates the kitchen with the living room, which is stylishly furnished with bespoke sofa facing a smart TV hung on the wall. A dining area with seating for 6 sits in front of the window to the private terrace. The windows slide effortlessly into the walls, providing guests with seamless outdoor-indoor living.
