A traditional and comfortable 3 bedroom property in Stratford Upon Avon.
The property is well equipped throughout with all you need for a home away from home experience. Whilst being extremely well located for easy walking distance into Stratford-upon-Avon, the property also benefits from having it's own designated secure parking spaces for up to 4 cars directly outside the front door.
The space
Downstairs the property benefits from having a large kitchen with a larger cooker. Moving into the lounge, the room is split between a dining area with seating for up to 8 people, and lounge area with a large sofa and seating for guests to relax infront of the television.
Three bedrooms upstairs. The largest being a Super King, the other bedrooms contain a double and 2 single beds.
There is an outside summer house, which has a log burner situated inside. The doors open out to allow all of the natural light inside, and boast plenty of seating for guests to relax and unwind.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the whole property during their stay along with a large secure fenced garden to the rear.

Region: Packed with ancient woodlands and wetlands to explore, you can see why J. R. R Tolkien was inspired to write The Lord of the Rings from its stunning scenery. Discover the bustling medieval market town of Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of famous writer William Shakespeare, also home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Shakespeare's Birthplace.
Let's not forget to mention Cadbury's chocolate factory and the major city of Birmingham, both well-worth a visit.
