With a capacity for up to six people, you can enjoy this complete holiday villa, its location, five minutes drive from Alhaurín el Grande, will allow you not to disconnect from the city centre and enjoy a wide range of leisure and dining options. If you wish to explore the province of Malaga, both on the coast and inland, you can also do so, the road communications are easy to access and will provide you with connections to any point in the province.

You should know that the owners live in an independent flat in the lower part of the accommodation, without access to the pool or outdoors. Only the garden and pool maintenance staff will have access to the outside areas for maintenance.

Whether you are travelling with children, as a couple or with grandparents, the exteriors of this beautiful cottage offer a variety of entertainment and comfort. The outdoor furniture, along with its large barbecue area will allow you to enjoy the pool, children's area, sunbathing, a nice lunch with the family, thousands of possibilities open up in the beautiful outdoors that you will have in this cottage.

You must remember that it is your responsibility to supervise the youngest members of the family, whether they are allowed to climb up to the tree house or not.

The villa is accessed by a staircase, either from the garden or from the parking area (valid for one car). A nice porch with a dining table and beautiful views will allow you to enjoy with the family the delicious lunches you prepare for the family.

With a strong rural character, where wood and stone mark the decoration, you will have a cosy feeling to enjoy the television in the area dedicated to that and, in the coldest days, you will be able to have lunch with the family in the dining area.

The kitchen, spacious and fully equipped with kitchenware and small appliances, will be practical and easy to use, with space for storage and always connected to the TV and dining area.

On this same floor you will have access to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, air conditioning in each of them and space to store your luggage comfortably and tidily.

Taking advantage of the height of the gable roof and covered with wooden beams, we have two rest areas on the upper floor, one of them has two double beds and the other a rest area with a desk in case you need to work with your laptop.
