Flamingo beach and the center of Playa Blanca is just 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes walking, where there are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The house is distributed in two floors, in the upper one there are 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, one with super king bed, and the other with king size bed, a wonderful living room integrated with the kitchen, a laundry room and an additional toilet.

On the ground floor there are two other rooms, one double with two beds and the other with 4 beds in 2 bunk beds, all of them with very good mattresses where children and adults can sleep comfortably, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, and a large living room.

The two spacious living rooms, one on each floor, each with its TV, are ideal for large groups and/or with children. The children can be playing downstairs and the adults in the upstairs living room enjoying separately. In the downstairs living room there is a 70-inch TV with IPTV that has channels with all sports and movies in the main languages.

Air conditioning with heat pump in all rooms and in the dining room.

The pool is heated all year round, with an unbeatable orientation to the south and views of the sea, it has 8 comfortable sun loungers and pool parasol.

Next to the pool there is a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table to eat outdoors enjoying beautiful views of the sea.

It has a large jacuzzi with capacity for 5 people, which is located in a very private and quiet area.

There is a basketball hoop and a ping-pong table.

There are numerous board games for children and adults, as well as many books.

You also have at your disposal a couple of parasol to take to the beach, beach rackets and diving glasses.

The kitchen has new and modern appliances. Large fridge and freezer capacity designed for large groups, as there is a full big fridge, and an additional big freezer.

It has a modern induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, English and Italian coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, oven with grill, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, etc... Equipped with all the utensils you may need, plates, cutlery, glasses , cups, etc.

The house also has:

Ability to check-in before 3pm or checkout after 11:00 free of charge, subject to availability of the house. Requires prior request.
