There is a kitchenette equipped for preparing your favourite meals, and the living area is designed to make the most of the space for a comfortable stay. We will provide towels and shower gel to help you travel light. The apartment is located just 1 minute from the metro station.

The apartment is equipped with a split air conditioning and heating unit, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Recently renovated, the space is efficiently utilised. Please note that the apartment is located on the -1 floor.

The Urgel neighbourhood is part of the Carabanchel district. Recently, the area has been transforming into what is known as the 'new Madrid Soho', with an increasing number of artists moving in and converting large warehouses or old factories into studios for photography, painting, or recording.

It is a residential area with all types of services, including supermarkets and bars, so you will have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The area is well-connected to central Madrid, with the Abrantes metro station just 125 metres from the apartment.
