About this property
Island House, Aberaeron
Island House is perfectly located in the centre of the historic town of Aberaeron. It is positioned centrally to overlook the incredibly picturesque harbour, creating stunning picturesque views. You can take in the fantastic views of the sea from the balcony and enjoy a relaxing alfresco-style dining experience.
Aberaeron is a wonderful and colourful seaside town, the perfect place to come and relax, whilst mooching around the harbour and exploring the independent shops and craft centres. Island House is in the ideal location to explore the coast path, which is seconds away from the cottage. Ceredigion's coast is well-known for wildlife including the famous Cardigan Bay bottlenose dolphin pods.
Island House is only a short walk to several pubs and restaurants, as well as an amazing fish and chip shop. The best way to find your way around the surrounding area is on foot or bike. Aberaeron is known for its incredible honey ice cream, so grab yourself an ice cream and explore the beautiful beaches. Separated by the harbour, Aberaeron has two public beaches: Aberaeron North and Aberaeron South.
