Servicio nefasto

Después de avisar a Vrbo que no tenia noticias sobre el check in de mi alojamiento 3 días antes, me comunican 4 horas antes de mi entrada en el apartamento que anulan mi reserva, supuestamente por desperfectos de los huéspedes anteriores. La comunicación es vía mail, nadie me avisa personalmente. A las 21:00 me dicen que busque yo otro alojamiento, que la empresa se hará cargo del sobre coste, hasta ciento y algo euros más. Para lo cual tengo que cumplir un montón de requisitos. Una tomadura de pelo y falta de respeto total. No se me volverá a ocurrir hacer ninguna reserva con su empresa.
