Escape to this utterly romantic abode, settled in a peaceful pocket of Cornwall, close to the idyllic coastal town of Looe. Honey Pot offers spellbinding valley and woodland views. Once you have explored your picturesque surroundings, beloved pooch in tow, return for a cosy evening snuggled beside the wood burning stove or savour summer moments with a barbecue and alfresco dining.You also have the added luxury of wonderful shared facilities on site, including a hob tub and communal gym.

Enter the cottage and step into the delightful sitting room, offering the warmth of a wood burning stove, comfy leather sofa and Smart Television. Underfloor heating adds to the cosiness. To the left, step up into the beautifully presented kitchen/dining area, where you will find everything you'll need during your stay. Including a Nespresso-style coffee machine for that all-important morning coffee and a slow cooker for preparing romantic dinners. Pop on the Ruark radio or connect to the bluetooth speaker and listen to your favourite playlist! There is also a lovely round table with seating for two guests, perfect for intimate dining.

Head upstairs to discover the sweet bedroom. Boasting views across the blissful rolling countryside, this sunshine space is truly lovely. Offering the comfort of a sumptuous king size bed, adorned with soft Egyptian cotton sheets and cloud-soft bedding, you are promised a restful night's sleep. Awake to the sound of birdsong and enjoy breakfast in bed, you're on holiday after all. There is also a lovely dressing table and an en-suite shower room providing a rejuvenating space to freshen up after a day of exploring.

Honey Pot warmly welcomes your four-legged friend, with a doggy welcome pack provided on arrival, doggy agility area, heated dog wash, 34 acres of unspoilt countryside and woodland to be explored, and an abundance of rambles to be had right on your doorstep, Honey Pot is the perfect getaway for dog parents. You also have a separate courtyard area, this can be accessed from the shower room or up the stairs at the side of the cottage. This wonderful little suntrap houses a table and two chairs, as well as a gas barbecue - an idyllic set up for balmy summer evenings. After, why not pop on your soft robes and head over to the hot tub area, in the converted barn just a few steps from your front door. It's enclosed on three sides, so no matter the weather, you'll be nice and toasty, while still taking advantage of the enchanting valley view.

Honey Pot is situated on the site of Old Lanwarnick Cottages, settled quietly between Liskeard and Looe. Here, you are guaranteed peace and tranquillity, encompassed by 34 acres of unspoilt countryside, boasting serene scenery across picturesque rolling hills. Head out on a magical woodland trail or enjoy a picnic down by the trickling steam, as dappled sunlight slips through the trees. There is also enclosed dog exercise fields, a cornhole and swing ball set up, sun-drenched gardens and plenty of opportunities to spot spectacular wildlife. Although Old Lanwarnick is no longer a working farm, there is still an abundance of friendly animals here. Say hello to the resident chickens and ducks! There are also two bike sheds for storing your bikes. Above the cottages, at the top of the hill, sits the stunning redwood pavilion, a romantic spot to pop a bottle of bubbles with that special someone. Take some time for self-care during your stay; book a spa treatment with the visiting therapist directly through the owner, enjoy a soak in the bubbling hot tub or head to the communal onsite gym.

Please note, the beauty of Old Lanwarnick is shared with five other cottages on site; Spice Barn, Rainbow Cottage, Blackberry Barn, Hob Nob and The Old Farmhouse. The hot tub is shared between four of the cottages, but you can book a private slot so you won't be disturbed.

The gym, pavilion seating area and communal gardens are shared facilities with the other cottages on site.
Please be aware of the uncovered pond in the communal gardens and supervise children at all times.
