Tired of those other condos with "rental" furniture, cheap dishes and low quality linens? This is our home. It is stocked with fine china, crystal barware, and high-quality linens. This unit has marble floor tile, granite counters, high-end appliances and bath fixtures, top-quality mattresses and bedding, and in-unit laundry.

This unit is great for 2 "couples" but it is not designed for 4 individual adults.

We are just 600 steps from the Beaver Creek RiverFront gondola and the Westin Spa and Fitness Center, 100 yards from Starbucks, the fabulous Avon Bakery and Simply Massage, 1 blocks from the City Market grocery store and the shuttle to Vail. ***Minimum 30 day rental required***

Great Condo, close to everything

Great property and Hosts. We were able to access everything we needed (shops/slopes) without a car, everything is walking distance. Easy checkin/departure. Would stay here again.

Perfect!

Our family spent a week at this property and loved it. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The location was so convenient. Furnishings were new and they had everything we could need. Definitely five star and we will be back !

1 month stay

I had two recent college graduates that were staying in Vail for 1 month to on-board with our company. Mike was really helpful with check in, the unit was beautiful and the location for them perfect. Probably the only issue it was a really hot space- as with most places in the valley there is no air conditioning, but that's usually not a problem with our temperature.

Fantastic!!!!

This property is prefect! Great location, clean, and wonderful owners! We could not have been more pleased. Skiing was perfect, lots of ski resorts in the area. We would highly recommend staying here.

Home sweet home

This is a gem right around the corner of the beaver creek elk parking lot. Instead of feeling like a rental unit it was like staying with family and friends. As a cook, I enjoyed the well stocked kitchen tools, utensils and sharp knives! Little touches like first aid available, beautiful dishes and glasses, cleaning supplies made it all the more like home. We look forward to renting again. Fattoria was amazing! Get the tutti and bottle of wine.

Wonderful Perfect

We LOVED this property. Everything was perfect. Location, furnishing, cleanliness, responsiveness of landlord, everything! Very close to everything you need at Avon and literally at the doorsteps of Beaver Creek Resort. We have stayed in multiple vrbo properties and this one stands out as the best equipped with absolutely everything you might need! Better than a hotel!

Very nice condo and great location within Avon

Very nice condo. Appears kitchen and bath recently updated. Really appreciated having all the kitchen amenities and condiments and accessories to include soap for dishwasher and laundry. Good location within Avon and walking distance to the Beaver Creek lift at the Westin. Would suggest 2nd outdoor garbage can as our recycling greatly outnumbered our garbage. Would definitely stay there again for a future Beaver Creek/Vail trip.

Clean and well appointed!

We had a great stay in Avon/Beaver, This condo seemed to be in the middle of everything to do in the area. Appliances seemed new and the kitchen, living room layout was perfect.

Great Condo in a Great Location
