In the garden in front of the villa there are stairs leading down to a beautiful lawn in a quiet and very panoramic position where the rectangular swimming pool measuring 8x4 with a depth of 1.53 meters is located. The solarium area develops around the swimming pool, which is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs and a shower with cold water. On the first floor, which is accessed via a beautiful internal staircase, there are 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, 2 twin bedded rooms each with bathroom with shower. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. 20 meters from the villa, near the reception, there is the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) shared with other guests.

Villa l'Uliveta is located in small hamlet in a hilly position with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. Lamporecchio is just 3 km from the villa.
