Newton House accommodates up to seven guests across four lovingly furnished bedrooms. You'll also have access to a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a large, south-facing garden. Perfect for families and groups of friends, Newton House will provide a stay to remember.
The Space:
The modern Newton House is perfect for groups of friends or family gatherings. Located on a peaceful residential estate to the south of the town centre, the property is yours to enjoy.
The property boasts distinctive character and design. Spread across two floors, you'll enjoy a welcoming living room, dining room, kitchen area, four bedrooms, and two family bathrooms.
The living area provides a perfect setting to unwind and relax, complete with a large Smart TV and two comfy, velvet sofas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home cooked meals, while the dining room has a wooden table and ample seating in the form of matching benches for enjoyable meals at home.
Both bathrooms are sparkling clean with light and fresh interiors. Both spaces are fitted with walk-in showers, WCs, and wash basins. A separate WC is also available next door to the first-floor bathroom.
The property features four bedrooms – a double on the ground floor, along with a king, twin and single on the first floor. All bedrooms feature storage space aplenty - perfect for making yourself right at home during your stay at Newton House.
Outside a large, south facing garden where you can bask in the early morning sunshine on a beautiful summer day or enjoy a refreshing breeze on cooler days. In terms of amenities, you’ll find garden furniture and a kid’s playhouse.
