Cloakroom with basin and WC. Three bedrooms: a double, second-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom, and single. There is a shower room. Rear enclosed courtyard with furniture and restricted on-street parking for an hour directly outside between 9 am to 6 pm, Mon to Sat. There is ample unrestricted parking within 100 yards across the junction between the Bayle Gate & Priory or around the corner. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, Bridlington Sea Front 1.3 miles, beach 1.2 miles. WiFI, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included. Enjoy a memorable escape to East Riding of Yorkshire at 20 High Street. Note: Steps to entrance, back door, some quite small rooms, and limited headroom in places.
