Located on the coveted Rue des Archives, and overlooking a peaceful inner court, the apartment is a serene home for a Parisian stay. The living area features an inviting and harmonious decor with an elegant walnut bookshelf, and a majestic green marble dining table with accents of ocre and beautiful woodwork. Each of the six bedrooms has unique pieces of art and its own private bathroom.
The space
The apartment includes:

- 1 Dining area with seating for 12
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 6 Private bathrooms (see below)
- 2 Separate toilets

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 2 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 3 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower, no toilet)
- Bedroom 4 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower, no toilet)
- Bedroom 5 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower, no toilet)
- Bedroom 6 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower, no toilet)

The apartment can accommodate up to 12 people.

The surface area is 186m² / 2002ft².

The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor (elevator)
Other things to note
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

We appreciate your cooperation regarding:

- Taking care of the apartment
The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released.

- Respecting the House Rules
Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises.
No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in case of damage to the apartment.

Additionally, please note that:
In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 2000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
