Welcome to your private first-floor unit in a beautifully restored triplex! This spacious retreat features three queen beds with luxury linens, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. Relax on the couch or in the inviting bedrooms.

Located just blocks away from Westport and the Country Club Plaza, you'll have easy access to an array of restaurants, shops, coffee spots, and museums.

During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this condo and are welcome to use any of the amenities provided.

The neighborhood is right in the heart of Kansas City. It is a very convenient location
with easy access to any stores, restaurants and local attractions that you can think of.
Less than 5 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks.

There are security cameras on the outside of the home. None are in the unit.

No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet/per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Shopping trip

Home has tons of character! Layout is good. However, we were on the main floor and we could hear every step from upstairs guests. Also, items that weren’t available were a box of tissues, measuring cups as we wanted a night in to cook and relax, understood why there were ear plugs in the bedroom as it’s very close to St. Luke’s with sirens and helicopters flying overhead.helicopters flew over many times.

It was Ok.

The location was good. If the weather was better we wouldn't mind walking down to the Plaza. We did have a couple of issues mainly with the heat. I noticed one of the the supply vents was located directly under the thermostat therefore keeping the 2 back bedrooms cold. Also, the thermostat kept kicking down to 63 degrees at night and made it especially cold in the room with the rear entrance which, btw, even when deadbolted you could still see daylight coming through. I had to put a towel on the floor to block the draft. Cleanliness could be a little better. We did a little wipe down of the surfaces that appear leftover from before. When looking to plug for my phone there was a power strip under the bed in the back BR. I noticed a sizeable amount of debris and dust under the bed. Overall it was ok. Because it was last minute, choices were slim, probably because the Chiefs were in town, (Chiefs Nation, I get it). :)

Quiet inside even being so close to a hospital. Loved the old wood floors and decor. Beds were comfortable and allowed all of us to get a good nights sleep. Perfect stay for our overnight stay. Easy check in and check out and exactly what was described. Would stay here again.

Exactly as Advertised

Nice quite neighborhood, host fast to respond. We loved the charm of this old house. Everything on one level helped make access easy for our 97-year-old mother. All 3 beds have memory foam mattresses so, everyone slept well. House book of instructions and area "To Do" recommendations came in very handy. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location

The home is in a walkable neighborhood. We had some minor issues that were rectified promptly. However, I'm a bit disappointed with the lack of attention to cleaning and ensuring things are operational. For example, all of the lamps in the living room were unplugged, and I had to move the big sectional to access the outlet on the floor. I think 35 short-term rentals might be too much for one crew to handle.

Beautiful Cozy Home Downtown

We were thoroughly impressed with this beautiful classic home. The layout is a little different due to the age of the house however for a 1 night stay it was perfect. The decor was gorgeous, the neighborhood felt safe, plenty of parking, and close to a lot of great restaurants and activity.

Property was nicely located. Easy communication with property owner. Wish the back door could have been open to let my disabled mother into easier, but so glad there is a nice sidewalk path to the front entry. Overall a very nice older building renovated nicely!!

Great location, easy to access

The property was as described/portrayed in the pictures..however this place needs a deep clean. I was very disappointed to find cobwebs everywhere, smudges/fingerprints on several surfaces, as well as a MASSIVE amount of fruit flies. It was pretty off putting. As a professional housekeeper myself who cleans several short term rentals, I know what the standard should be. The property really is beautiful, but we were so disappointed in the cleanliness. Check in/out was simple, no issues there.

Good location, close to the Plaza. We were able to walk down to the Plaza in the mornings for coffee. Close proximity to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go.

Beautiful home with so much fun character

Our stay was amazing we rented two properties from lance and while the other one was a 10/10, I would give the one a 8.5 out of 10. The house alone was gorgeous with beautiful furniture comfy beds and lots of table and storage space. The only small downside was the cleanliness. There was a heap of trash out on the front lawn area, a giant dog poo that my groom and groomsmen kept stepping in before our wedding 😭 and some trash stuffed in the couch. Looking past the cleanliness it was a beautiful home I would still recommend staying, just maybe double check with the owners that it has been appropriately cleaned prior to your arrival.

Perfect!

The location was convenient and felt very safe. The house itself was charming and cozy. It fit my group perfectly and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and would stay again next time I’m in KC.

Parking is to rear of house. Back door would not open. Because the front door is an inconvenient option to use we chose to pass luggage through a rear window. A promise from the property manager to return a call regarding this issue did not happen.

Big XII Tournament

This property was perfect for us to use as home base for the 2024 Big XII tournament. Although our team, KU, lost on the first night, we used the opportunity to hang out, visit and explore the surrounding neighborhoods. Lots to see and do within blocks of this rental! Lots of seating to watch games on TV and plenty of sleeping space. Beds were comfortable and space was great.

Cute House

Nice house, clean. There were several packages sitting outside of our door and didn’t realize it was in a multiplex. 20 or more packages of water were delivered right in front of the house. We were told someone was preparing for doomsday lol. One of the beds and frame was very flimsy and squeaky and the door wouldn’t close to the room. Other than that, it was nice and spacious. Everything we needed was available. Nice and close to our venue.
