The Farmhouse is part of the Monteland estate, there is a fabulous infinity swimming pool, Bocha Court, Honesty Bar, and is situated within beautiful gardens with an olive grove and mountain views. The house has two king size bedrooms both with ensuite, there is a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi, a separate dining area and a large kitchen area.
Outside there is a decking area with dining table and chairs, a separate gazebo and honesty bar, and sunbeds are available for the sumptuous infinity swimming pool. The views from The Farmhouse are spectacular with the Sibillini mountain range in the distance.
The Farmhouse is about a one hour drive from Ancona airport, and the beautiful village of Sant'Angelo in Pontano is only 10 minutes drive, there you will find cafes, a supermarket, historic buildings including the beautiful Church.
The housekeeper, Oriana, is available most days should you require anything, and she will also cook splendid meals on request.
All linen and towels are included.
