Ground floor: Living dining room with island kitchen open to the garden with large windows. Garden with Mediterranean species and saline chlorination swimming pool. There is an outdoor seating area with sofas and sun loungers in the solarium area. Bathroom with corian walk-in shower. Upper floor: One bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Both have large wardrobes. They have large windows that open onto a non-trafficable garden terrace, a bathroom with shower and natural light. Master suite with terrace, dressing room, and bathroom with Corian walk-in shower, all rooms have natural light. Outdoor seating on the terrace facing the sea with views of the horizon. The house has underfloor heating, air conditioning, an aerothermal system, and solar panels. Energy efficiency certificate A. Very close to PortAventura (the best theme park in Spain, 15 minutes by car), in the Costa Dorada, and 5 minutes walking from the beach.
