Perfect for anyone who would like to live opposite Epping Forest but only 15 mins from the hustle and bustle of Shoreditch on the Elizabeth line.

This Victorian house fitted with unique fixtures and fittings situated opposite Wanstead Flats (the gate to Epping Forest) hosts four floors, four double bedrooms, two reception rooms, three loos, two double showers and free-standing bath and west facing garden (evening sun). Resident parking permit can be obtained.

The ground floor comprises of;

a living-room with high-ceilings, wooden shutters and a fifties fire-place and brass street light feature. a smart TV with WiFi connection.

a spacious open entrance hall or dining room is great for family life (pram parking or twister the space is restricted only by your imagination and clutter).

kitchen (double-oven, gas hob, dishwasher) / diner large kitchen table space with separate downstairs vintage loo and handbasin.

10 meters deep London garden with dining and bbq patio areas. (to smoke please take yourself for a walk on the Flats opposite or behind.)

a front porch with a bike shed, ground lock and herb patch covering double wheelie bins. collection every Monday. make sure the lid closes or they will not take them.

the cellar comprises:

Wanstead Park station is a closer walk and goes to Gospel Oak (Hampstead Heath) in 30 minutes.


All London airports within an hour’s drive (30 minute drive to Stansted and 15 minutes to City, Heathrow on Elizabeth line).

Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis

Im gesamten war die Unterkunft für den Preis ok. Es ist alles sehr alt und der Holzboden macht oben überall Geräusche wenn man sich bewegt. Die untere Toilette kann man nicht für ein großes Geschäft nutzen da es nicht richtig abzieht. Im Großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft ok für das Geld.
