Villa La Favorita is only a few hundred meters from one of Sicily's most famous white sandy beaches 'Fontane Bianche' which lies 20 km south of Syracuse. The villa overlooks the rocky shoreline and crystal clear waters and provides a perfect setting for a truly unforgettable holiday.

Villa La Favorita has been stylishly decorated and provides the perfect setting for a medium to large family holiday or group of friends. 

The ground floor offers the spacious living room and dining area with an open fire and large glass windows, the kitchen, two double bedroom with bathrooms with shower. Outdoors consists of the veranda, the terrace with outdoor lounging furniture a gazebo with dining table as well as an outdoor kitchen (bbq area Mediterranean style), a pool and sun terrace.

On the first floor you have 5 further bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower.  3 are double bedrooms and 2 can be either twin or double. There is also a lovely terrace with sun deckchairs on the first floor.  Parking is available just outside the villa. 

In a separate apartment in the basement of the villa unobtrusively lives a housekeeper, who takes care of the daily tidying up service.

Anyone seeking variety can enjoy many different excursions from this location to various sites such as the baroque towns of Syracuse, Noto, Modica and Ragusa Ibla or trips to Catania and Taormina as well as mount Etna or the Cavagrande del Cassibile nature reserve and diving and snorchelling in the Plemmirio marine protected area.
