Recently built, this exclusive contemporary residence consists of a main house and an annexe.


The main house - which is on two levels - has cosy, light-filled interiors that open onto the garden and the surrounding landscape through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The ground floor comprises a living area with kitchen, a luxurious master suite with an exposed whirlpool tub and private bathroom, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a fourth bathroom with shower. On the first floor, connected by an external staircase, there is a second living-dining room with kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a service bathroom. While the annex accommodates two bedrooms with two bathrooms.


The villa also has a wellness area with sauna and treadmill and numerous amenities, such as A/C, Wi-Fi internet, 8 TVs, satellite receiver, dryer, 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, safe and barbecue. From villa Giardini, the charming historic centre of Taormina and the sea can be reached in a few minutes by car.
