About the host
Hosted by Michael Pearl

I am a well traveled international lawyer and an experienced host who has been renting and exchanging my home in Kensington for 40 years. So, I know the area well and I think you will enjoy staying in my flat as much as I do.
Why they chose this property
Kensington is very central for living in London and yet still retains a village like atmosphere with local pubs, restaurants and small shops and lovely walking through tree lined streets of stucco fronted houses.
What makes this property unique
It's rare to find a two bedroom, two bathroom flat in this part of London at this price level, particularly one that is spacious and bright and only only three minutes walk from Sainsbury's supermarket.
