Pinnocks Ldge 31A | 2 Bed Ground Floor Apt.
This immaculate and newly converted apartment is ideally situated in the quiet Botley residential suburb of Oxford just 2 minutes walk from the main Botley Road and a 10 minute bus journey leading into the heart of historic world famous university city of Oxford.
It also has an on-site dedicated car parking space with additional on-road parking adjacent.
The Space
As you walk in the first thing you will notice is the light, airy and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. To the right is a newly fitted kitchen with built in appliances including a new washer/dryer should you need it, dining table and chairs and large comfy chaise longue style a Sofa which can double up as a Sofabed and a large Flatscreen Smart TV. You can access the private garden through some patio doors that has a table and chairs for those long summer evenings to catch the last of the evening sun.
As we go through the apartment you will find a nice brand new fitted family bathroom on your left with both bath and shower along with the essentials such as Shampoo & Shower Gel and quality towels. On the right hand side you will find the smaller of the 2 bedrooms which is set up as a Double bed.
At the front of the apartment we come to the larger master bedroom which can be set up either as a `Kingsize double or 2 single beds depending on your requirements. The master bedroom is equipped with plenty of built in storage for hanging clothes and drawers for everything else.
This is a lovely newly converted and refurbished apartment, perfect for individuals, couples or families in an excellent position to benefit from all that the historic university city of Oxford has to offer.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire apartment and garden to enjoy throughout your stay along with a dedicated car parking space right outside the front door.
Interaction with Guests
We live locally and so will only be a phone call away should you need any help or assistance.
The Neighbourhood
Although away from the hustle and bustle of the main City Centre, the apartment is superbly located in a quiet residential street which is just 10-15 minutes or so from the main shopping high street, the newly constructed Westgate shopping centre full of big name stores and boutique shops.
Oxford railway station is just a 10 minutes bus, taxi ride or car journey away.
This Apartment is a perfect base to explore Oxford itself and enjoy the many attractions it offers such as the world famous Oxford University, the City Centre with all that it has to offer from sight seeing, history, culture, cinemas, theatres, shops, bars and restaurants.
Getting Around
It also takes just 2 minutes to get onto the main A34 dual carriageway serving easy access for Bicester Village and to Newbury for the racecourse and connecting junctions to the M4 motorway for the South West and Wales, and M40 Motorway for Birmingham, The Midlands and London
