London Dover cruise terminal is located just around the corner, we will get you to your cruise on time. Just ask.

We hope you have an amazing stay
Just remember, we are in the heart of town that has the Busiest shipping channel in the world. If you are looking for quiet this isn’t it. Our population is 118,000 and growing.

Parking:

We are bang. Close to the port.
You have two options. Free parking on local roads. Within a 30 second to a 5 minute walk. Or a daily Charge of a few pound for local council parking covered by cctv - a few
Minutes away.
There isn’t any parking onsite as we are too
Close to the road. We don’t ever
Tell people parking is onsite. But it’s only a few
Minutes away.

Groups,

If you are a few
More than we advertise, speak
To us. We might be able
To do something for you. We charge £20 per night per head, don’t try and trick us because we will know.

If you are checking in late and checking out early let us know, we can direct you and help.
Dover is a busy place and a taxi will take forever. If you are leaving on a 5am ferry or cruise, let us know. The next person can benefit from an early check In.

Early check in and late check out isn’t ever available so please don’t request it. Katrina our cleaner needs the time to get the place ready. She gets angry with me otherwise. If we ever are ready early for a check in. We will let you know. We won’t even do this for an extra charge. We have an entire house to maintain

If you are having a party,
We have all done this, be honest with us. We
Are happy to accommodate a party as long as you are fair with us. We don’t want our place destroyed and you don’t want us to take you to court! So let’s discuss it and let’s manage it together. Imagine I let you an absolute state, think of the next person.

Why they chose this property

Special requests
I imagine you realise by now we are very dynamic, we are easy. We’ve even let people camp in the garden. Talk to us. It’s in our interest to get you back again. We have one rule with eqchother No profiteering

Feedback
Our hosting partners rate us out of 5, they consider anything less than 5* a complaint.

If you leave us a review for 5* with feedback perfect. If you don’t want to leave us 5* then let us know what we can do, during your stay. To get ourselves to that level. I can’t express the frustration of getting a 3* review and no feedback and getting a warning from our host partner

Thanks for supporting our family
Love Tom and Amelia - she’s the boss
