A bright modern 3-bedroom house with garden and parking, situated in The Oval in beautiful Bath. There are local shops and restaurants within walking distance on Moorland's road. The city centre is an 8-minute drive or a 20-minute bus ride, if you are feeling fit you could walk it in half an hour. Within a 10 minute drive out of Bath you will find beautiful villages such as Newton St Loe and Combe Hay with its award-winning pub, the Mendips, Cheddar Gorge and Wells. A perfect base to explore.

The house has a light and modern interior. Downstairs there is a comfortable living room with a small dining area that leads out through French doors onto the garden. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and modern appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, and American fridge/freezer. There is a downstairs bathroom with corner bath. Upstairs leads to two double bedrooms with plenty of closet space and a walk-in shower room. The property benefits from having a spacious garden with a patio seating area, a BBQ and a fire pit and off street parking.

The Oval has fantastic transport links, which include the Bath to Bristol rail service with Oldfield Park Station just a 12 minute walk away, there is a regular bus service from The Oval into Bath City Centre, and the property is also convenient for those commuting to Bristol, or wishing to visit Bradford upon Avon, Wells and Glastonbury.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
