This 100m2, 2-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is the perfect accommodation for families and friends looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay.

The property is located on the first floor and accessible by lift.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, two dining tables, and a desk with a chair for those who need to catch up on work or study.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The apartment features two bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience and a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, and wardrobes, providing ample storage space for all your belongings.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in Prior Velho, just a short distance from Lisbon Airport (Humberto Delgado Airport), this area offers convenient access for travellers and business visitors alike. The modern Parque das Nações district, only 10 minutes away, boasts popular attractions like the Lisbon Oceanarium, Altice Arena and the Vasco da Gama Shopping Center.

There are a variety of local restaurants offering traditional Portuguese food, as well as more modern dining options in neighbouring areas.

For shopping convenience, an IKEA store and several supermarkets are close by. The area is well-connected by public transport and highways, offering easy access to Lisbon’s city centre and surrounding regions.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, R José M Cerqueira Afonso Santos, is just a 1-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
