Its strategic location south of the city centre and close to Atocha Station and the Méndez Álvaro interchange allow for efficient and rapid connection to the rest of the city. It is also located very close to important focal points of the city such as the Reina Sofia Museum, the Prado Museum, the Madrid Planetarium and the Retiro Park.

The apartment:

This modern 1-bedroom apartment is carefully designed to optimise and maintain a contemporary aesthetic.

It offers a pleasant sense of spaciousness, thanks to its open space that integrates the living room, dining area and kitchen into a single environment.

Its American-style kitchen is fully equipped with the latest utensils and appliances. The spacious living room features an elegant avant-garde design and includes a double sofa bed and Smart TV.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes and a delicate modern decor, offering functionality, space and comfort to our guests. The apartment also has a spacious full bathroom with a shower.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a 50 EUR cash supplement.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.
