This delightful property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It's a beautiful four floor house with three facades and breathtaking sea views. Guests must climb stairs to access the house, which is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

As you enter the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living space featuring a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave and a large dining table. There is also a dishwasher available. Guests can find a service bathroom on this floor.

In the hallway, stairs reach the basement floor, a storage space with a washing machine.

The sleeping area is upstairs on the first floor, and it includes three bedrooms with king-size beds and spacious wardrobes. Two bathrooms are also on this level.

Climbing up the stairs to the second floor, guests will find another complete bathroom with all the amenities you'll need to freshen up and two terraces; one with a residential view and, on the other sidbalconyrrace facing the sea, a fantastic, amazing jacuzzi to relax - (only available from May to September).

There is plenty of space outside for guests to relax in the garden or use the portable barbecue to enjoy their meals outdoors.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Moledo, a picturesque coastal village in northern Portugal, is known for its stunning beach and relaxed atmosphere. Moledo Beach is a popular destination for both locals and visitors, offering golden sands, clear waters, and excellent conditions for water sports like windsurfing and kitesurfing. The beach is framed by the striking Fort of Ínsua, a historic fortification built on a small island just off the coast, which can be admired from the shore.

In addition to its natural beauty, Moledo is surrounded by lush hills and scenic landscapes, making it ideal for hiking and outdoor activities. The village has a charming, laid-back vibe, with small cafes and restaurants serving fresh seafood. Nearby, visitors can explore the town of Caminha, known for its medieval architecture and vibrant weekly market. Moledo offers a peaceful retreat while providing plenty of opportunities to enjoy the region’s culture and natural attractions.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Moledo do Minho, is just 1.2 km away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an hour's drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
