Parkfields House in Tittensor, Staffordshire sleeps ten guests in five bedrooms.
Parkfields House consists of a kitchen/diner with a dining table for 10, gas-fired Aga, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, a utility room with a WC, washing machine, and tumble dryer, and a dining room with seating for 10. There is a conservatory, a sitting room with a fireplace, and TV, and a snug with a TV and gas fire. A cloakroom with a WC and basin completes the ground floor. The bedrooms include two king-size rooms with en-suites, a double room, and two twin rooms with basins. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and a separate WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, gravelled area, furniture, a heated swimming pool with a retractable roof, a tennis court, and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Shop and pub in 0.4 miles. Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at Parkfields House. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 1000 GBP. Note: min 3 night stay. Note: The owner may be able to accommodate other check-in days, please contact us if this is something you would like.
