The perfect space for gathering with family and friends, sleeping 12 people, this idyllic home includes an outdoor entertainment suite and hot tub. With plenty to explore, golf enthusiasts can tee off at the Vale Royal Abbey Golf Club (0.5 miles) or Sandiway Golf Club’s championship course (2 miles). Delamere Forest (8 miles), offers walking trails, cycling, or Go Ape adventure. Visit Blakemere Craft Centre (3 miles) where there’s pottery painting, a miniature train, falconry displays, mini golf, a segway course, and shops and cafes. The Hollies Farm Shop (3 miles) is the place for stunning local produce, fine foods, and dining. There are hiking days out on Whitegate Way (1 mile) and the Sandstone Trail (8 miles). Wild Shore (4.5 miles) is a water-based adventure, offering adrenaline-charged outdoor activities. Or why not take an open-top bus ride around the historic Roman city of Chester (15 miles), dating back to 79AD; the cathedral city is set on the beautiful River Dee. The local pub is a walkable 0.5 miles.
Underfloor heating throughout is provided by a renewable ground source heating array.
An open-plan living area greets you as you enter the hallway. The huge kitchen/diner beckons with bright and welcoming spaces, perfect for the entire party to come together. There is a large kitchen island, dining table, coffee table, and soft seating, with uninterrupted views of the rolling Cheshire countryside; comfort and luxury are woven into each area of this room. There is a double bedroom and a convenient shower room on the ground floor, as well as a well-equipped utility room. The beautiful hallway leads to the living room; with plush seating and a large Smart TV, this is a great space to enjoy complete relaxation and to come together to watch your favourite film or enjoy a game together.
