2 Bedroom Luxury Townhouse sleeps 4. Close to City Centre.
Our stylish and comfortable 2-bedroom townhouse located in a quiet residential area close to York’s beautiful historic centre and Station. Traveling by car the property offers a free parking space. Ideally situated for York’s famous Railway Museum a 3 minute walk away. York’s famous historic centre with it’s ancient streets, Museums, Bar Walls and Minster is a pleasant 10-minute walk away. Served by a fantastic choice of restaurants, shops and bars it has everything for the ideal getaway.
This delightful property consists of a courtyard entrance to the front, entrance hall, downstairs w/c and cloakroom, Kitchen, spacious lounge with French windows onto a south facing patio and access to a large private green space for residents. Upstairs are two well-appointed comfortable double bedrooms and bathroom. The property has superfast Wifi and a smart TV.
Downstairs
Spacious entrance hall with shoe rack, coat rack and under stairs storage for iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and brush.
Cloakroom:
Toilet and hand basin.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped modern kitchen including coffee maker, oven, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washer dryer, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, tea towels and cleaning kit with all the essentials. You will also find a welcome pack, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and some treats.
Lounge:
A comfortable, light, airy room with large corner sofa, 55” Flat screen smart TV, superfast Wi-Fi, central heating control.
Dining table and chairs.
Double doors opening to a pretty patio area with table and chairs and access to large private green space.
Bedroom 1:
Comfortable king-sized bed, bedside tables and lamps. Ample fitted wardrobe space with hangers. Hairdryer.
Bedroom 2:
Comfortable king-sized bed (can be made into 2 single beds on request a minimum of 24 hours prior to check in) bedside tables and lamps. Fitted wardrobe with hangers. Hairdryer.
Bathroom:
Stylish bathroom with shower over the bath. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash provided.
All bed and bath linen is provided, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The appeal of this property is it’s peaceful location which we want you to enjoy. We ask that our guests respect our neighbours, so please no parties.
You will require a Parking permit to park (supplied.)
In the property you will find a file with additional information about the area and the property.
Check in from 3pm using a key safe. We ask that you check out by 11 am on the day of departure. This is a whole house booking.

Guests’ personal possessions are left at owners own risk and are not covered under our insurance. Your car is also left at owners’ risk.

The property is close to the Railway Station, although near the centre of town it's a lovely quiet, friendly residential area.

Our property is newly and tastefully refurbished, with high quality appliances and everything for a comfortable getaway. There are comfy King size beds in both bedrooms and we can offer twin beds in Bedroom 2. We leave some treats as a Welcome for all our guests and are happy to decorate the property and prepare for special occasions.
