Fully equipped apartment in Desenzano del Garda, in the pretty hamlet of Rivoltella inside the elegant villa Villa Caterina.

The apartment is distinguished by the level of its fine finishes and its central location, close to the town and the beaches.
Internally it consists of a living room furnished with a comfortable single sofa bed, dining table, TV with access to German channels, open kitchen fully equipped with electric hob, mini fridge, microwave, freezer, American coffee machine, moka coffee maker, toaster, juicer and electric kettle. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and closet and overlooks the garden of the residential complex. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
Guests have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, laundry and a communal garden equipped with two washing machines, two barbecues and some tables.

The apartment could be located on the ground floor or on the first floor reachable by elevator.

Please note that the shades of the furnishings could vary according to the accommodation.

There is a kids' area with a playground in the residential complex.

The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 15th of October. A swimming cap could be required.

The surrounding vegetation offers shelter from the hot summer days, with tables where guests can enjoy lunch and dinner in the open air.

Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property. A parking space with electric recharge is also available.

Self check-in is available to access the accommodation. Instructions on how to use this service will be sent a few days before your stay.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.
In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
