Spectacular three-bedroom duplex with two full bathrooms and a charming private terrace located in the prestigious Costa de Nagueles development in the renowned Golden Mile.
Upon entering the duplex, you will be welcomed by a spacious and bright living room with an integrated full kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for its use. On the other hand, there is the northeast-facing terrace, offering relaxing views and a quiet space. On the ground floor, we find two bedrooms, each with two single beds of 90 cm x 2 m, large wardrobes, and large windows. Furthermore, both bedrooms have a full bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, a spacious master bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm x 2 m and access to a second private terrace, ideal for enjoying moments of tranquility and privacy, and an elegant en-suite full bathroom with a shower. The flat also has centralised air conditioning.
The Costa de Nagueles development not only offers security and exclusivity, it also offers access to two communal swimming pools, with lifeguard service in July and August. In the remaining months, bathing is under responsibility of the users.
**Due to the current drought, we have been informed that the swimming pools will be available from 10/06/24 until further notice. This date may be subject to changes beyond our control.**
With a privileged location just five minutes walk from the beach and a short drive from the center of Marbella, this duplex is surrounded by a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and essential services, ensuring that everything you need is within reach.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
