Our 47 m² apartment is perfect for enjoying the winter by the sea. With a prime location near the beach and local activities, it is ideal for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Although the pool is closed for the season, the sunsets from here are spectacular. Just a 15-minute drive from the Oceanographic and the old town, and a free bus that connects to the metro, providing access to downtown Valencia and the airport. An excellent option for your getaway!

A perfect place to relax. From the fifth floor, enjoy your breakfasts on the balcony with subtle sea views. The apartment has two cozy bedrooms: a main exterior bedroom with a double bed and a smaller interior bedroom with bunk beds. It also features an opening to the living room that keeps the space naturally bright, which can be closed with curtains to add more privacy. The open-concept design in the living room and kitchen creates a warm and spacious atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you’ll enjoy free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Upon arrival, the elevator will take you to the entrance, and you’ll just need to climb a few small steps. This cozy 47 m² apartment is perfect for up to 4 people.

Relax by taking a bath in the complex's pool, available from June 15th to September 15th. Children can also enjoy the children’s pool. The swings, tennis courts, and fronton are available all year round.

The promenade is perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying a wide variety of restaurants and bars. You can also enjoy water activities during the summer season.
