Villa Santa Lucia is located on the islet of Babac, which is located between the town of Biograd na Moru and the island of Pašman. The island of Babac is the only inhabited island in the archipelago of 16 islets in front of the island of Pašman. The island is full of hidden coves and sandy beaches and is ideal for a peaceful and quiet holiday.

The villa was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style, has a view of the clear Adriatic Sea from all rooms, and offers its guests 207 m2 of living space, while the total area of ​​the property is 780 m2. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa.

On the ground floor, you will be comfortable in the living room, which has a sofa, an armchair, a TV, and the children will enjoy the PlayStation 5 game console. In addition to the above, Netflix, Wifi, Marshall bluetooth stereo, iMac PC are also available.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. You will be comfortable in 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed, and the remaining two have two single beds each. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor, you will find a 220 m2 walk-through roof terrace with a wood-burning fireplace and additionally an outdoor gas grill, a dining table with 8 seats, and there are deckchairs and exercise equipment.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 45 m2, 1.4 m deep, which has massage as an additional functionality. Next to it, you will sunbathe on the 8 sunbeds provided.

Additional features of Villa Santa Lucia include a washing machine, an iron and a separate toilet. If children are coming with you on vacation, you can use a feeder and a baby cot.

If you arrive by your own boat, you have the option of using the boat moorings with prior agreement.

We offer you the rental of an 8-meter boat MF 795 (surcharge €300 per day (fuel not included), and a skipper for transportation to the coast for sightseeing on the islands of Pašman, Komornik, Galešnjak (a heart-shaped island).

Among the landmarks on the island of Babac, you can visit the church of St. Andrije from the 13th to the 15th century, the historical remains of the Fortice fortress from the 15th century and the light house that was built in 1874.
