The view sweeps over the mountains and the Verrucola Castle with its fortified hamlet less than two km away, located on the road from Fivizzano to Collegnago.

On the ground floor we find the kitchen, living room with flat screen TV and two bathrooms 1 with washbasin, toilet and bidet and 1 with washbasin, shower with hydro massage, toilet and bidet.

A flight of stairs leads us to the first floor, where we find 3 bedrooms, one double and two singles with one bed each.

Going out onto the totally enclosed garden we find a further area of the house consisting of a large TV room with two beds and a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
