Fitzroy Court with Large Balcony and view
Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a large balcony overlooking the River Wye and park views. The balcony has seating and enough space to relax on.
The master bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and your own personal en-suite with shower. The second bedroom has even more space, and is a very comfortable space for any guest.
The kitchen and living area are open plan with just a breakfast bar and a wine fridge separating the two areas. The kitchen has all inbuilt appliances including a gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is finished with luxury large white floor tiles and the living area has a very comfortable, large L shaped sofa.
The large balcony, is the biggest in the building. On the balcony, you'll be overlooking the River Wye, the park and with views of the Golden Ball monument in West Wycombe.
The main bathroom is also finished to a very lovely standard, with light tiles throughout, a bath and shower and clean towels for you to use in case you didn't bring your own.
The modern building is quiet, the rooms are a comfortable size, the breakfast bar is a lovely spot to start the day or to work from. There are tennis Courts in the park open to the public. The town centre is a 5 min drive and the country side walks are 20 mins in the other direction. There is an allocated parking space and a public car park.
High Wycombe train station has fast trains to London Marylebone in just 25 minutes and there's plenty to in Wycombe and local towns too.
There is an allocated parking space to the front of the apartment and a public car park just 2 minutes walk through the park at the back.
Our Fitzroy Court property is a modern apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether it's only for a few days or for months at a time, you'll have a lovely home from home.
The property is based just a 5 min drive from High Wycombe Town Centre, where you'll find the fastest trains will get you to Marylebone in just 25 minutes.
The property boasts 2 great size bedrooms, the master bedroom has a built in wardrobe and an ensuite with your own personal shower. The 2nd room is slightly larger meaning you'll have plenty of space for other guests or family.
When you get to the apartment, you'll notice the lovely details such as the wood flooring in the entrance and living area, the spacious and modern kitchen area / breakfast bar, all built in appliances for everything you need and comfortable new bedding too. There is a smart TV available to use in the living area, the doors in the living area open out onto the large balcony where you'll find the LED sky lights for the relaxing evening ambiance and views of the park and the West Wycombe hills.
You will have access to one allocated parking space directly outside the main entrance to the building and you will also find a public carpark a 2 minute walk through the park at the back of the property.
The large park to the back of the property has football pitches, tennis courts and a children's playing area all of which are free to use.
Your local towns all boast different attractions so you'll never run out of places to go. High Wycombe town is famous for it's Swan Theatre which often hosts A list acts such as Jimmy Car & Graham Norton. The Eden shopping centre and John Lewis will cater for all of your retail needs and wants along with plenty of famous restaurant chains (Pizza Express, Nandos, Wagamama). Beaconsfield is known for it's selection of modern and upper market pubs, bars and restaurants, the Beaconscot Model Village and Railway.

I lived in this property for 4 years, and before it was mine, it belonged to one of my best friends so this home is very close to our hearts and I know every corner of it. It has been a fantastic home for me, so I am confident it will be a wonderful place for you during your visit. The neighbours in the building are generally quiet but friendly; please be respectful as they will be respectful to you.
My goal is to ensure that every guest has a great stay and would feel comfortable to come back again one day.
