Thirteen stone steps lead you to the entrance of this characterful property, which features an upside-down layout to maximize the incredible views. Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area with large concertina glass doors that open onto a generous balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for alfresco dining while taking in the stunning scenery. Inside, the living space includes a comfortable corner sofa positioned to take full advantage of the views. From here, you can watch the activity around the harbour, from people climbing the famous 199 steps to the abbey to boats navigating between the piers. Downstairs, the property boasts two beautifully presented bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, a mirrored wardrobe, and direct access to a private enclosed garden with outdoor seating—perfect for enjoying the sunshine with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The second bedroom is a charming single, and there is a modern shower room on this floor as well.
