Nestled in a tranquil and peaceful location between the cities of Bath and Bristol, The Form is perfect for couples who like to get out and explore.. Ground Floor:

No smoking.. The Form, ‘the home of a hare’, is a beautiful one-bedroom property situated in the desirable hamlet of Hunstrete. The owners, who live next door, have lovingly furnished the annexe and are often on hand to offer a warm welcome to guests. Decorated in Farrow and Ball, the Form is modern yet filled with character, the open plan living space is cosy and features a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and seating to sit back and watch TV. Also, downstairs is the bathroom, on the first floor there is a good-sized double with views across the fields, perfect for watching the hot air balloons. Enjoy the magic of sitting outside watching the stars, guests have a private enclosed patio with outdoor seating and a floodlit well. The owners have a menagerie including, pigmy goats, two cats, a dog, guinea pigs, a flock of chickens and a rooster. Embrace the country sounds as the rooster crows in the morning.
Within a short drive are the picturesque villages of Lacock and Castle Combe, both favourite locations for TV and film directors. Lacock features in Harry Potter, Downton Abbey and Pride and Prejudice, and Castle Combe was the backdrop for War Horse. Experience the Georgian city of Bath under 10 miles away by car. With its famous architecture, the Jane Austen Centre, and thermal spa (Thermae), the city offers something for everybody. The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent, the famous Pulteney Bridge, and the Christmas markets are among the city’s many must see attractions. Nearby National Trust properties can be found within a short drive, as well as other stately homes. Head to Longleat Safari Park or visit Avebury and Stonehenge, Wells Cathedral and Bishops Palace, the spiritual town of Glastonbury with its Abbey and Tor, the amazing Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, the designer outlet village at Street, all under an hour away.
