About this property
Newly Refurbished Cosy Cottage in the Heart of Chipping Campden
Ladbrook Cottage is tucked away behind Lower High Street, making it private, yet right in the centre of the town.
The cottage is approached through an ancient oak door from the high street, which leads down to the front door.
Once inside there is a small hallway with a handy cupboard to store shoes and coats. To the left are double doors leading in to the spacious sitting room and dining room. There is a large sofa and two super comfy armchairs in front of the stove where you can relax after long walks or days spent exploring the Cotswolds. If you need to catch up on work whilst away there is a desk and chair. There is a large dining area with table and chairs for four people, situated in front of the wonderful log burner. A smart TV is provided so you can log in to all your favourite channels.
To the right of the front door is the well equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and plenty of equipment if you enjoy cooking, although the selection of wonderful pubs and restaurants on the door step is hard to resist. A washer dryer is also provided and there is a downstairs toilet
The back door leads from the kitchen to a wonderful sun trap south facing patio. There are also double doors from the sitting room on to the garden.
Back inside the stairs rise from the dining room to the two bedrooms, both having kingsized beds and deluxe mattresses for a very comfy nights sleep. Useful wardrobes and storage space are provided in both bedrooms and there are a hairdryers for your use.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over.
