Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this luxury oceanfront condominium located along Beachview Drive and across from the 5th Street Beach access point on St. Simons Island.

This is truly one-of-a-kind! Beachview 911 is beautifully appointed, with marble floors, 15’ ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with high-end Viking and Kitchen-aide appliances, including separate ice maker and wine cooler.

The open living and dining room area has a 60" TV and windows all across the front with purely magical views. This unit features 3 large bedrooms with en-suites for complete privacy. You will love the master bedroom featuring a comfortable king size bed, TV and ceiling fan. One guest room has a queen size bed, television and ceiling fan and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. The other guest room has a set of twin beds and the private bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The balcony, which stretches the length of the home, offers spectacular oceanfront views with plenty of seating for your entire family. If you are in to grilling, you will want to take advantage of the private elevator and drop down to the patio area for the perfect opportunity to “grill with a view”!

This property is ideal for a family or a couples retreat!

With an oceanfront location and close proximity to the Pier area (for shopping and restaurants), Beachview 911 is a perfect vacation spot for you on St. Simons Island!

NOTE: Beachview 911 is located on the middle floor of the building. Beachview 913 is located on the top floor of the building. There are no shared access points between the two units.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles (One in garage, 1 on gravel area)
• Walk across the street for beach access, walk 1/2 mile to Pier and Village area

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. We stayed on this property years ago. The Owners have kept this property up to date. They have really taken care of their home. The home is such a beautiful place in the perfect location. If anyone has the opportunity to stay on this property, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You will not be disappointed.

Great birthday weekend

What a gorgeous and spacious property, with losts of outdoor spaces steps from the ocean. The beds are so comfortable! There are little to no extras, including shampoo and conditioner, so be sure and bring yoiyr own. Great stay!

Golf tournament/beach trip

Awesome location! Loved the convenience of only steps away from beach, 5 mins from golf course, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants!! Only negative was WiFi service was slow and spotty throughout condo which also seemed to impact television service.

Kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear and bowls and such although it could use more glasses. Someone should also make a schedule to change the batteries in the remotes as I had two where the batteries were corroded and coming apart. We never did find the Xfinity remote for BR#2, although not a big deal as we were not there to watch TV. Some just like to unwind at bedtime and catch the news in their room. All things considered it is a great location and as I said we will be back next year!

Beautiful Home but needs some up keep.

Very beautiful home but wasn't clean. Floors were dirty, animal hair on table and chairs on 2nd floor balcony and was a no pet house. Animal hair on comforter in master bedroom. Jets in tub in master bathroom had black in them so we didn't use the tub. Broken glass and hair on floor in master bathroom. Ceiling fans covered with dust. For such a beautiful home and gorgeous views but poorly housekeeping.

It was close enough to walk in to town or just up the road to eat at our favorite restaurants. The ocean is only steps from the home which made it perfect for the grands and hauling chairs and toys.
