Modern and central apartment in Malaga
This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Malaga and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Its modern decoration, including paintings and indoor plants, make it a warm and elegant space with lots of natural light.
The apartment has two bedrooms.
The main bedroom includes a double bed, storage space and a desk with an ergonomic chair, and a widescreen TV with USB-C connection. You will be able to work comfortably from home by adding a keyboard and a mouse to your set.
The second bedroom has two single beds, providing flexibility for families or groups of friends, and storage space and a large TV to enjoy movies or series.
The bathroom, equipped with shower, sink, toilet and mirror, receives natural light, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
You will find the living room, kitchen and dining room in the same space, perfectly distributed to take advantage and enjoy to the maximum.
The living room is a perfect corner to relax, with a comfortable armchair and sofa, facing a window overlooking the city, and a TV.
The kitchen, modern and equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and utensils, invites you to prepare delicious meals. It also has a dining table and chairs, as well as stools that add a functional and practical touch.
Whether you are planning a couple's getaway, a family trip or a visit with friends, this space guarantees an unforgettable stay.
*The apartment has an elevator, to access it you have to climb a couple of stairs. At the same time, the elevator leaves halfway down the stairs, so to enter the apartment you have to go up a couple of stairs*.
**Please note that renovation work is currently underway in the front apartment which may affect your stay in the apartment during working/business hours. The inconvenience due to the works is already considered in the price and no further compensation will be offered**.
For reservations in this apartment, a purchase receipt or an invoice for individuals can be issued. In case you need a business invoice, please consult before booking, as not all owners are able to issue one. The business relationship is between the guest and the owner, not with Stay U-nique directly.

In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 30 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.
