The location of the rural house is just a few minutes from Coín, with the La Trocha shopping centre close by, where you will find various shops and supermarkets. The rural house has very good road access to enjoy the province of Malaga, in less than 40 minutes you can access Malaga city or the Costa del Sol.

At the entrance there is a beautiful outside area surrounding the house, with a nice porch and outdoor furniture to enjoy a barbecue.

The swimming pool, with umbrellas and sunbeds will give you the opportunity to enjoy with the little ones of the house.

This beautiful rural house is made up of two floors, where on the lower floor you will be able to enjoy a spacious living-dining room, which with its large window will always have views to the outside. The open plan kitchen is spacious and with a rural character, it has two separate areas, the kitchen and the laundry and storage area.
It also has a living room where you can relax and have a moment of privacy, either to telework or to rest.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with windows to the outside, space to store your luggage in an orderly fashion and two single beds in one of them and a double bed in the other. Between them there is a bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor, you will have at your disposal a large bedroom, open, without doors, the only separation from the rest of the house is the staircase leading to it. It has a double bed, an exterior window and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, inside which you will also have space to store your luggage.
