This apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, flat-screen television and air conditioning.

The Paraíso Sol da Rocha apartment is located in a building consisting of 2 blocks, with several elevators. The condominium features a BBQ area, outdoor pool, heated indoor pool year-round, two tennis courts, and a narrow garage space.

IMPORTANT:
The indoor heated pool and squash are closed for maintenance until the end of May.
Between October 2024 and May 2025, the building will undergo exterior maintenance (painting), without limitations to the overall functioning of the condominium.
