This two bedroomed, two bathroomed apartment is on the ground floor in the upper level of the popular and peaceful Atalaya Complex close to the Casino in central Puerto del Carmen. This refurbished and spacious apartment sleeps up to 4 people comfortably.
Atalaya is a medium sized complex with a communal pool located very centrally in Puerto del Carmen. A three minute flat walk brings you to the very centre of Puerto del Carmen's seafront promenade where there are shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen's golden expanse of beach is 7 minutes walk.
The apartment is refurbished and has comfortable furnishings.
The open lounge and dining has an L-shaped sofa, flat screen SMART TV, and dining table and four chairs. The TV has UK channels.
The well equipped kitchen has hob, microwave, full oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery, glasses, pans, cutlery.
There are two bedrooms, each with twin beds, good wardrobe space and ceiling fans.
The apartment has two modern bathrooms - one next to each bedroom - both bathrooms are modern and each has a walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided. There is a safety deposit box free for guests to use.
The apartment has a private terrace which gets sun for much of the day. There is a table with chairs and parasol and two sunloungers. Cushions are provided for the chairs and sunloungers. The apartment enjoys a quiet location on the complex with lovely open views over the rooftops towards the sea, and is a great place to relax.
The Atalaya Complex has a communal pool with sunloungers, which is usually quiet and peaceful.
Free wifi is included.
A well stocked supermarket is right next door, and taxis and buses stop just 3 minutes walk away.
The apartment has 30 steps from street level, so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The apartment is managed personally by Gill and Helena. They moved to the beautiful island of Lanzarote in 2012. Being on the island allows Gill and Helena to make sure that guests receive all the advice and recommendations they need to enhance their holidays, and to very quickly sort out any problems which guests may have.
Why they chose this property
Lanzarote has year round sunshine and blue skies. Puerto del Carmen has the best choice of restaurants and bars we have ever come across, and the ambiance and variety of the resort’s facilities appeals to guests of all ages.
The Atalaya Complex is secure, quiet and friendly and isn’t used by tour companies, so you don’t have the noise and activity of some of the larger complexes. The apartments on this complex are a good size and are light and airy.

What makes this property unique
The complex is in a fantastically convenient location. Most guests comment on the peacefulness and tranquillity of the apartment and are amazed that you can walk to the lively main promenade in just 3 minutes. Also, being only a 10 minute journey from the airport makes transfers very easy. Having a well stocked supermarket next to the complex is also very handy.
