The townhouse is situated within a crescent of privately gated houses which means the grounds and surrounding area is well maintained throughout the year. The house has free street parking, a gated front entrance and a lovely rear garden which has a patio / terraced area ideal for enjoying a barbecue in the early evenings. (a gas BBQ is supplied). The rear of the property leads to a larger communal tropical landscaped garden which has two swimming pools (one for children).


House Rules

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian 2 x sunbeds to be used in the private back garden of the house only and not to be taken into the communal garden or pool area. Pool opening hours are 10:00 to 21:00 each day


About the neighbourhood

The area of Monte Biarritz is a pretty area perfectly situated between great areas to visit such as Benahavis, Puerto Banus, Marbella or Estepona town itself.

Estepona town is located to the west of the Costa del Sol - at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and is well known for its lovely beaches and tiny coves which stretch along 20 Km of coastline. At the western end of the Paseo Maritimo is Estepona's charming port and harbour that is located only a short walk from town.
