Enclosed back garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden. . Spread over three floors, the cottage boasts original stone walls, beamed ceilings, and a characterful stone staircase.
On the lower ground floor, the spacious kitchen and dining area feature an original wood burner alongside modern appliances. The cosy ground floor living room offers plenty of seating, a Smart TV, and another wood burner for those relaxing nights in. There’s also a reading nook with books and games. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, a full size double and a smaller double, and a family shower room with a large shower. Outside, enjoy a private, beautifully maintained garden with seating for four and a BBQ. Off-road parking is available, and the cottage’s unique layout adds to its timeless charm.
