Charming house in the hills, located a few kilometres from the sea and close to the Garlenda Golf Club and Villanova di Albenga, a charming medieval village where you can go shopping, enjoy local cuisine and taste excellent ice cream. The beaches of the Bay of Alassio and Laigueglia, with their crystal-clear sea, are within easy reach and definitely worth a visit. We are only 47 km from the tourist port of Alghero and 48 km from the famous Nuraghe di Palmavera. Equipped with air conditioning, barbecue, a spacious terrace, free private parking and WiFi, it offers an ideal environment to relax and rejuvenate. It is the perfect destination for a holiday of relaxation, adventure and sweet idleness. The apartment has two bedrooms, a TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator and washing machine, and a bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided to ensure maximum comfort, while a charming fireplace contributes to a warm and cosy atmosphere. An hour from Nice and only 40 minutes from the Maritime Alps, the area offers opportunities for wonderful excursions, both on foot and by mountain bike. In Andora, at the Marina, there is a sailing school, boat rental and the possibility of exciting trips along the coast, ideal for snorkelling and fishing. There is also a horse riding centre nearby, and it is also possible to rent bicycles in Andora to explore the area. The last 100 metres from the car park to the house can only be covered on foot, with some steps. Sassari railway station is also only 13 km away, as is the majestic Palazzo Ducale. Alghero airport is 37 km away.
