About the host
Hosted by Claire OBrien

Founded by Claire in 2020, Devon Stays is a Dartmouth based, all-female team with more than 30 years’ experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.
While we pride ourselves on being professional, we’re also extremely down to earth, which is why we have a flexible structure, allowing for individuality to shine through (yours and ours). That means we take the time to understand and accommodate individual preferences wherever possible, we will offer realistic advice to make sure home owners get what they want out of letting their properties and we will do everything we can to make sure holidaymakers have the best getaway possible.

Why they chose this property
South Hams is an area of outstanding beauty, attracting thousands of people into the local areas to experience the joy of Devon life.
Every member of the crew is based locally but we have international experience and have all worked in industries beyond travel and hospitality as well. We feel that our wider collective experience gives us a better understanding of the wants and needs of both the homeowners we work with and their guests.

What makes this property unique
Our hands-on approach means we are proactive about making sure everything is taken care of at your holiday let. That might mean double checking that the windows weren’t left open after you leave, observing letting patterns to offer recommendations on how to improve sales opportunities, or offering advice to your guests on where to go and what to see during their Devon holiday.
